A professional recruitment consultant and headhunter, Robert has worked with many of the most demanding employers in the world. He has concluded assignments in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australasia, and has recruited and headhunted individuals at all levels from junior to senior executives and CEOs.
After his initial studies at business college, Robert joined a US-owned data communications manufacturer as a management trainee. He then progressed his career in sales and sales management roles within the IT industry for more than seven years.
In 1990 he set up his own recruitment and headhunting business, which gave him invaluable first hand experience in hiring, coaching and management procedures.
