After his initial studies at business college, Robert Tearle joined a US-owned data communications manufacturer as a graduate trainee.
He then progressed his career in sales and sales management roles within the IT industry for more than seven years.
In 1990 Robert set up his own recruitment and headhunting business. This gave him invaluable first hand experience in hiring, coaching and management procedures.
Robert has enjoyed exceptional success, personally billing $ and £ multi-millions.
